Deconstructing Postcards

I love sending and receiving postcards 💌 it's a way of feeling connected to people in far away places in a simple, tangible way.
I was thinking about creating a simple online platform that allowed us to send digital postcards to loved ones.
To start off with I am thinking of the elements that make up a postcard and listing the potential digital equivalents.

• could be made by sender
• is generated depending on where you are (or your IP address?)
• pick a place on street view

Personal Note

• typed by the person sending the note
• generated (in any language?)
• markov chain from a source text selected by the sender

Receiver's Address

• email address
• phone number
• social media
• comments on a youtube channel
• a "digital postcard" twitter account

Stamp

• the sender system's IP address
• the url of the platform
• the server that allows this to happen
